The Challenge

Before the redesign, the team needed a space that better reflected how people work today and how they connect with design partners, current clients, and prospective clients. The initial vision was to create spaces and provide tools needed for the new way of working while inspiring visitors through elevated design. The project’s purpose was broader than a visual refresh. It was meant to impact people, shape how teams work together, and strengthen how the showroom supports both collaboration and client experience.

The Solution

The Solution
The finished space now functions as a working showroom that brings community-based design to life. Pods were introduced to support meeting spaces and deep-focus work. Their layout created unique pockets for more casual collaboration throughout the showroom. Angular enclaves were used to maximize natural light while maintaining visual privacy. Art-inspired design elements, advanced technology, and creative use of materials and products helped shape a cohesive environment that tells one RGO story across the space.

The redesigned showroom now supports team structures, multiple work modes, and future growth while giving employees the tools and resources needed to demonstrate community-based design in action. Since completion, the project has contributed to increased tours for existing and potential clients, increased employee productivity, more meeting spaces for collaboration, and a stronger emotional connection between employees and their workspace.
