Hours of Work: Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm (40 hours per week)

RGO is currently recruiting is currently seeking a full-time Warehouse Coordinator to join our Window
Coverings team. The Warehouse Coordinator supports the Window Coverings Operations, and will be
required to perform any of the below tasks as directed by the Logistics Manager. This position may be
required to select orders, unload and load shipments of product for RGO and for various internal and
external customers.


  • Ensure items being selected matches delivery ticket paperwork.
  • Ensure product received in good condition. Report deficiencies to Logistics Manager.
  • Ensure product received entered into Hedberg as received.
  • Ensure Logistics Manager is alerted to items that cannot be found on a delivery ticket.
  • Load and unload shipments.
  • Direct incoming shipments to the appropriate areas of control, such as stock inventories.
  • Ensure that outgoing shipments are properly packaged and complete all necessary
    documentation for shipping.
  • Ensure returned product is cleaned and functional.
  • Ensure all hardware goes along with product, as applicable.
  • Ensure returned product is stored in assigned location for future retrieval.
  • Ensure Material Handling Equipment and tools are operated with due care and attention and
    are properly maintained and managed.
  • Ensure warehouse is maintained in a clean and orderly fashion and that all garbage is
    disposed of appropriately.
  • Ensure that timesheets are filled out daily and accurately and are handed in weekly.
  • Ensure that picking tickets are returned in a timely manner.
  • Support additional departments as required.
  • Ensure Material Handling Equipment and tools are operated with due care and attention and
    are properly maintained and managed.
  • Provide coverage for Flooring Warehouse when required.


  • Good building skills.
  • Fork and lift truck knowledge & experience.
  • Good use of time management.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills applicable to working in a team environment.
  • Detail oriented with good organizational skills.
  • Must be able to lift up to 100lbs and successfully pass a pre-employment health assessment.
  • Proof of full immunization against COVID-19 is required
